  2. unfortunately - sister goes to Jail if cops arrive..spitting or insulting or...isn't violence.... Yes, justified in our own minds, but by law - you'll be in jail ....spitting is not assault, unfortunately. It's a demeaning gesture - but it's not physical assault.

  3. well if cops arrive - th esister goes to jail for physical assault...the lady was wrong, and it's gross. But it is not a violent crime. Sister could be in serious trouble by law. Just the facts.
