  1. It is illegal in Europe to hog the left line on the freeway or Highway when somebody faster comes up behind you you must move to the right. It is called a mandate to drive on the right hand side of the road. Driving left is not optional and only for passing. I'm baffled that this isn't the case in the United States or some idiot could be driving 55 mph on the left on the pack freeway and hold up everybody without getting a ticket

Since by law trucks must be in the right lane since they are the slowest the pickup truck probably just wanted to educate and control the loose trucker, or punish for trying to pass a regular car /pickup.?? The other pickup truck wind in front of the speeding truck who and 76 miles an hour that is too fast for a mere truck. Speed limit is 65 so he slowed him down to 66... A forced speed control.
