  2. You know what's interesting? I went back to the 70s and 80s, and the yields did not un-invert. We entered those recessions while still inverted. It's interesting because they were fighting inflation back then also. Every recession after we did re-invert and then bam recession. The average time of inversion to recession is 15 months. I think we just passed 13 months currently. Specifically, I'm talking about the 2 and the 10.

  3. ​@njerseydavid 😞 No. Offer wasnt accepted, the seller got upset and removed the listing. Not a single day goes by where I don't look and hunt. My goals are in place, and I know what I'm looking for. Nothing in my market is penciling out. Wedge, cash flow, PRICE etc
