At that time, most of the political class were corrupt and only looked after their own interests. Newspapers were owned by the wealthy and adopted their own narrative. So independent thinkers would create funny cartoons which poor people could buy. Maybe an illustration of wealthy landowners evicting their starving tenants, whilst the Prince of Wales eats their babies. That sort of thing. Your videos (and those of a handful of other heroes) are the 21st century equivalent: Shovelfuls of inciteful truth, delivered with wit and good humour. It's here-today-gone-tomorrow ephemera, and I hope your best videos will be preserved and put in a museum.
