  3. As a Brit myself, I agree. But the BBC and the UK's Sky News claims the terrorist had "mental health problems". So it was all mostly peaceful. And an accident.

  5.  @azeez8399  I don't know, but he was a Labour Party (equiv. Democrat) member and activist. Persons within his family are fellow-Labour activists, including town councillors.
