  1. Who's actually running the US? The POTUS is meant to be the smartest guy in the oval Office. He can hire advisors to give their view on energy reserves, economics and military matters. Sometimes three different advisors will offer five different options. The POTUS's job is to decide which advice is wise and which is bulls**t. So - WHO THE F**K IS MAKING THESE DECISIONS when both the POTUS and his vice-POTUS are wholly incompetent?
