  1. Before leaving office, Trump needs to carry out an emergency reform of the electoral system. That might be his greatest legacy. No registration without ID in person. No voting without ID. Otherwise there will never be another Republican POTUS. If you think 2020 is bad, just wait for what the Democrats and China will unleash in 2024.
