  1. According to the most recent census, London's English population is about 38%. It's statistically unlikely that a blade-wielding maniac will be from the English culture. Some cultures are more likely to wield blades than others. Nobody who's just been praying at his local synagogue would do this. Albanians, Iraqis, Syrians and Afghans are a different matter.

  3.  @bakersmileyface  Two cops needed surgery. One almost lost his hand. Tasers didn't work properly because he wore a loose thick hoodie. Half-blinded by spray but he was still slashing with his long fekin sword. I'd be wary and keep my distance too.

  4. Agreed. Some cultures are more likely to wield blades than others. That's NOT R-wrist. Chances he's called Goldstein: One in a thousand. Chances he's called Wu: About the same. Chances he's called Wilcox, Thompson or Smith: Maybe but it's unlikely. They've mostly been replaced in London.
