A slow, managed decline in the Japanese population means, for the first time in generations, ordinary people can afford a home which is bigger than a postage stamp. Sufficient water for the entire population. Roads will be less busy. A controlled fall in numbers is a good thing. Better than importing Sudanese replacements.
