@HaggisMuncher-y2u Many people who visit these videos have detailed knowledge of specific historic events. I recall a troll on a video from the movie, "Battle of Britain". He reckoned the "Heinkel turkey shoot" over the North Sea was fake mumbo-jumbo jingoism. Many of us nerds replied that it was an accurate portrayal of one of the raids on 15th August 1940. He later deleted his comment. I wouldn't recognise a Mauser from a mouse trap. Some of the replies have indicated that there are alternative explanations for the photo. All nice to read.

@violenceislife1987 The movie "The Great Escape" showed the German Army riding Triumph motorbikes, or so I've read. I myself wouldn't recognise them. Not implausible that the Wehrmacht used British kit. Lots of kit was captured at Dunkirk. Half the transport vehicles used in Barbarossa comprised civilian trucks, commandeered from civilians in the occupied territories. Huge quantities of new unissued British battledress uniforms were captured at Dunkirk. The Kriegsmarine issued British battledress to their U-boat crews. True story.
