  4. No second amendment here in the UK. I used to have a Rottweiler. My best friend. Good at chasing bicycle thieves down the street. See the fookers run with a huge angry beast chasing them. As with guns, the problem is neither the gun nor the dog. It's responsible ownership.

  8. I had a Rottweiler. I still miss him. I'd heard of another Rottweiler who was owned by a bunch of nightclub bouncers, who gave him anabolic steroids. The Rottie became so monstrous, nobody could get near him. It was taken away and put into care. I don't know what happened next.

  9. I've had a Rottweiler and a bull mastiff. We have no second amendment here in the UK. As with guns in the US, it isn't about the guns or the dogs. It's responsible ownership.

  11.  @MrBountyHunterD  Horrific tragedies can occur, as with airline crashes or car collisions. Most of them are down to pilot error or drunk driving. Skilled pilots, sober drivers and responsible dog-owners will diminish the tragedies.

  13.  @gavinr4214  Here in the UK, having had numerous burglaries and had the cr4p beaten out of me by intruders at 2am, I can't own a gun but I can own a Rottweiler. I relied on his instinct and the burglaries ceased. Unlike a bullet, a dog will use its instinct to chase an intruder around corners and from room to room. In public, I always kept my dog on a short leash.

  16.  @Hasid_Lafre  I can see YOUR comment, but I suspect my PREVIOUS comment here is invisible. Also, every time I leave a comment about the gas supply in the Baltic which the US destroyed, ALL of those comments are rendered invisible to everyone except myself. I can't use key trigger-words. The algorithms will hide my comment if I do so.
