  1. Fugees always get priority in social housing. A fugee arrives, is granted "right to remain" and immediately invites his wife, kids and two lots of grandparents to join him. Obviously they'll get priority over a native-Brit couple who've put off starting a family because they've got nowhere to live. The native Brits can't raise a deposit for a mortgage because the exorbitant cost of renting privately means they're unable to save. Hence the collapse in the birth rate among native Brits and their inevitable replacement by Africans and Asians. All part of the plan.
