  1. I love going to my local tip. They've always got a pile of half-empty paint cans. People can take as much free paint as they want. Saves me £hundreds per year.

  2. The Council tip won't allow me entry unless I provide proof of residence (driving licence, etc.). But I can vote without any proof of identity or residence. Democracy is fooked-up.

  3.  @iap-ug3oy  I don't think the voting card is compulsory. I haven't taken mine with me in decades. I go to the table, state my name and address and it's crossed-off. The bigger threat is "community activists" from a specific ethnicity, who compile postal votes on behalf of everyone they know.
