  2.  @AnOldEnglishBloke  Please consider joining Bridgen's constituency Conservative Association. I was a Tory activist for 29 years until I realised I was supporting a party which despised its own electorate. Mr. Bridgen might have difficulty in being re-selected as the conservative candidate for the seat. A few more votes from people like you at the adoption meeting could save his Parliamentary career. My own MP is a weak woke wet. If he had the balls of Andrew Bridgen, I'd rejoin the Party immediately. (EDIT - I believe Mr. Bridgen is no longer in the Conservative Party. So joining the Tories to support him would be counter-productive.)
