  1. Chicago is a war zone. The UN needs to send in blue-helmet peacekeeping forces. The armies of Somalia, Nigeria or Mozambique could send their armies to this third world sh*t-hole. At the same time, we need somebody to scrutinise the electoral process. Establish a secure and honest electoral system, instead of one that's corrupt to the core.
