I'm in dispute right now with my teenage son's school. They're refusing to use the word "Christmas" in any of their literature or emails. They only use the words "Festival" or "Festivities". This video has reminded me to get on with sending them another email.

My wife is east Asian. Our son is halfnhalf. I leave comments to the effect that displacing native Brits in the UK bodes ill for the future. I receive h8ful replies accusing me of R-ism. From people who despise and h8 every facet of British culture and values.

@markhenry192 Yours is a sensible comment. My son is halfnhalf but doesn't look non-Weight (sorry, creative spelling just in case). A few years from now, maybe he's seeking a job at the BBC or in the Royal Air Force. He'll be refused a post because he's too weight. An untalented bloke who's one-eighth 8leck (creative again) and wears a dress will get the job.

@Captain_Lockheed I fear for my son's future. 30 years from now, the UK might resemble Yugoslavia during the1990s. And when it happens, the BBC will blame Brexit, Trump and the f4r r1ght. EDIT - can anyone see this? Perhaps a word has caused this comment to be made invisible.

@basilmagnanimous7011 As a Pastafarian (it's a real religion, Google it) I celebrate Chrifsmas with a bowl of spaghetti and meatballs. (That is, Christmas with the inclusion of the Flying Spaghetti Monster.) But I respect persons from other religions, and I don't want to see Christmas disappear.
