  3.  @BusbyTreeSurgery  I recall when the Disability Discrimination Act came in. There's a local big store which sells Hondas, Harleys, Guzzis and other makes of bike. The council demanded that a wheelchair-accessible toilet must be provided for shoppers. Unaware that motorcyclists don't use wheelchairs until AFTER they've bought their bike.
