No. The BBC is required to be balanced, whereas YouTube creators are not. Simon chooses to cover specific topics. Other creators cover model railways, fishing or motorcycling. A publicly-funded broadcaster has been caught lying, Simon is justified in telling the truth. That's neither hypocrisy nor blinkered.

@stephfoxwell4620 I drove through Shitterton in Dorset and thought, "Dammit, Milligan's been here as well".

@nicholasmorrill4711 1984 + Fahrenheit 451 = 2022.

@nicholasmorrill4711 I click on "6 Replies". Only three are visible and yours disappears. The BBC is revealed to have told deliberate lies. Neither Cham nor YouTube's algorithms want the truth to be told.

@simonmilligan7497 You are welcome to debate those issues here. The BBC spins a false and largely-invented story about black people. Someone has the courage to reveal the BBC's story uses lies, omission and distortion. Simon reveals the truth and you describe it as "contentious". Wow.

@simonmilligan7497 The BBC falsely attributes the line to Powell, but he didn't use it. Powell was a classical scholar. He quoted a line from the classics, "I see the River Tiber flowing with much blood", which means "huge troubles are coming". During her Silver Jubilee, HM Queen Elizabeth quoted Shakespeare and said, "In my salad days, when I was green in judgement". It did not literally mean HM was claiming to be green or a lettuce. In any case, Powell was correct.

@simonmilligan7497 Enoch would be unlikely to name the woman, as it might exacerbate her problems. Mr. Webb receives thousands of replies every day, and might ignore comments he hasn't read. Judging by the ethnic cleansing of white people out of cities, I wouldn't say Enoch lied about this.
