  1. There are videos on YouTube showing Kwasi Kwarteng during the Queen's funeral. He was mumbling to himself, giggling, fidgeting and face-palming himself during the two minutes silence. If I'm generous, I might assume Mr. KK has a problem with ADHD. Or possibly he'd been sniffing too much Coke and the bubbles went up his nose.
