@HistoryDebunkedsimonwebb Simon I've only ever disagreed with ONE of your videos. Years ago, one of your videos claimed the RAF had bombed German cities before the Luftwaffe bombed British cities. This wasn't entirely true. The RAF did indeed bomb naval dockyards which were situated adjacent to cities, but that's a different matter. In retrospect, I'm willing to forgive your inexact terminology 'cos I know where you're coming from.

@HistoryDebunkedsimonwebb THANKYOU MY ESTEEMED TUTOR! I'll look it up. Perhaps there was a legitimate military target there. So far as I was aware, the RAF's early raids were all against naval dockyards. The Wellingtons fared very badly. Keep up the good work, Sir.

I would guess the Jews commit less street crime than any other ethnicity. Strangely, this simple sentence will undoubtedly upset some people.

@harry.flashman I love the names we adopt on YouTube. I think Tom Brown had it coming. Should've roasted the spoilt brat a bit harder.

@harry.flashman I've often seen your name as well. We keep meeting like anonymous gays, spending our evenings in public toilets. But in a good way.

@harry.flashman No I don't. But some toilets, like cultures, are better than others.

@harry.flashman Haha! Thanks!

@georgehetty7857 Dear George, I don't remember that video. The Prussians can indeed claim some of the credit. The "British" force did indeed include lots of Dutchmen, plus Hessians from the King's German units. As usual with a "British" army, there were lots of non-Brits in the ranks. Shame there weren't any Gurkhas. They'd have smashed through the French line and put Bonaparte's head on a spike.

@blueband8114 Sort of, but it's complicated. The RAF attacked naval facilities in German ports from early September '39, all legitimate military targets under international law. These attacks are sometimes labelled as "the British started bombing German cities long before the Germans reciprocated" and other cobblers. As for bombing London and Berlin, the account given in the 1969 movie "The Battle of Britain" is entirely accurate, with sumptuous music and excellent set-design.
