The NHS is unfit for purpose. There are lots of health services around the world. NONE of them are based upon the NHS model. The NHS has a greater expenditure than any other health service, but provides a poorer quality of care. Clapping for the NHS is a celebration of mediocrity.

@sheepleboot-licker9824 Absolutely regardless of how much money is spent on the NHS, it will continue to provide rotten service. Health services in other countries cost less and treat more patients to a higher standard.

@basiltozer9078 A seven hour wait? That's how long it took me the last time I went to A&E for a nasty dog bite. No thankyou. There was a bloke in pain, cradling his wrist after a motorbike accident. He was there before me, and still hadn't been seen after I got a tetanus jab and left.
