  1. There are lots of health services around the world, equivalent to the NHS. NONE of those health services are modelled on the NHS. Other countries regard the NHS as an absolute crap-fest.

  2.  @BuJammy  The NHS has a bigger staff than equivalent health services elsewhere, costs more than health services elsewhere and performs poorly compared with health services elsewhere. The NHS was the first service of its kind in the world. It has never been copied anywhere.
