  2.  @itoibo4208  Going to college to learn skills or a trade is a good thing. Attending university for three years, piling up debt and finding your degree in "sociology with journalism" qualifies you for NOTHING must be disappointing.

  3.  @cockoffgewgle4993  True, but people can "learn" by becoming a plumber or an electrician. A degree in "sociology with film production" is virtually useless.

  4.  @itoibo4208  An HND in plumbing is more useful. Fluency in a foreign language will get you a job. There are more jobs for accountants, chemists and electricians than for sociologists.

  6.  @The_Reality_Filter  Most degrees are useless except to get a job stacking supermarket shelves. (No offence to persons working in supermarkets, I've had worse jobs.)
