  1. All true. Excellent analogy. My own analogy (I've posted it a few times) is that we're on the Titanic, one minute after the collision. The lights are still on and the band still plays. Few of us realise a horrific tragedy has been set in motion and cannot now be averted. Unlike the Titanic, the officers on the bridge deliberately ran our ship into the iceberg.
