  1. Fun story: I used to be a Tory activist (NOT ANY MORE). I went to Mary's fringe meeting at the 1987 conference in Blackpool. Mary was on the podium. She produced a smutty magazine, waved it in the air and shouted, "I bought this disgusting magazine just down the road!" Bloke next to me muttered, "If it's any good, pass it around and let us all have a look". Lots of us within earshot sniggered.
