When I was a primary school kid in the sixties, almost ALL my friends had their tonsils out. Wholly unnecessary quack surgery.

Some people imagine changing their sex is like changing their hair colour. They can change back again afterwards, right?

@carolebarker2195 Been there, suffered that. Sometimes I feel like sitting with three other blokes and adopting a Yorkshire accent. "You 'ad a drill? Luxury! All we 'ad was chisel and wooden mallet". Then you come back with, "When I say drill, it were a drill to us, but it were really next door's ferret trained to rip out teeth". And if you tell that to young 'uns, they won't believe you.

@fransbuijs808 Trust the science. The Y2K bug will cause airliners to fall out of the sky on 1st January 2000. The BBC's "Horizon" channel predicting in the 1970s that the world will completely run out of oil by 1990. And covid killing millions in the UK. Yeah, trust the science.

@georgehetty7857 It's illegal to tattoo a child. People need to be 18+. But slicing off c0cks and ripping out wombs is OK. Argue against this and you'll be accused of bigotry.
