  3.  @paulcowan3222  Yes. Persons of west African descent dominate short-distance athletic events on behalf of the USA, Jamaica, the UK and so on. However, athletes of west African descent are completely absent from long-distance events. White athletes dominate the middle-distance events. East Africans are black, but quite different from west Africans. Different horses for different courses. Same with swimming. Don't expect all races to be identical, because we're not.
