  1. A couple of decades ago, persons running sub-post offices were routinely convicted of embezzling tens of £thousands via their computers. Many were imprisoned. Some committed suicide. All had to repay the alleged shortfalls via their life savings and selling their houses. Decades passed before it was confirmed ALL of them were 100% innocent. It'd been a glitch in the computer software. Would I trust a computer? Feck off.
