  1.  @Gallagherfreak100  Agreed. The U-boat fleet used snorkels, traveling submerged across Biscay to avoid being spotted by airborne radar. All very good, until radar became so advanced, it could spot a snorkel at night through cloud. The U-boat didn't even know it'd been spotted until the explosions ruptured their hulls.
