  1. British Intelligence provided copious information to the Red Army during the months before Kursk. The Soviets suffered bigger casualties than the Germans, but won anyway. The Soviet victory would've been impossible without British assistance.

  2. I expected the Russian invasion of Ukraine to be completed within weeks. If the Soviets had advanced as slowly as the modern Russian army, Stalin would've had their generals shot. Putin reckons he's tough. In reality, he's just a soy-filled transgender knob-end cork-sucker compared with Stalin.

The Red Army had sufficient reserves to afford heavy casualties and continue advancing, whereas the Wehrmacht could not. In 1945, Zhukov discovered the approaches to Berlin were sown with mines, making it impossible for his tanks to advance. Zhukov cleared a path through the minefields by sending massed waves of infantry ahead of his tanks. The Soviets were absolutely ruthless and profligate in the wastage of human life.
