  1. I've got a small business. I get several cold-calls every day about things like changing my energy supplier. The callers always use my first name. Disrespectful - they're not my friends or family. Call me MISTER and then my surname (not actually "Purchase") or shut the eff up. Most of them sound like they're phoning me from India. Another reason to say NO.
