  1. My town had a concrete fountain in a pedestrianised shopping street. Very ugly. Blokes leaving the nearby night club and pubs used it as a pissoir. Somebody poured bubblebath into the fountain with funny results. Cost tens of thousands to install. Cost almost as much to remove and delete the hole it left.
