  2.  @nedson6503  Break the BBC into its component parts: Sell the huge archived back-catalogue, the publishing arm (magazines), radio, TV channels, studios and so on to the highest bidder. Each of the existing radio wavelengths will be worth tens of £millions. But the problem isn't the BBC, only the people who work there. All of whom will obtain jobs elsewhere in broadcasting.
