@arn1905 Some reports claim the driver realised the bomber intended blow himself up inside the hospital. The driver refused to let the bomber exit the vehicle, and locked the doors with himself still in the car. This might be mistaken information. IF IF IF confirmed, it's equivalent to a soldier saving his mates, by throwing himself on a grenade and smothering the explosion.

@lukeduffy130 We don't yet know the full circumstances, like the point when the driver realised the bomber's intentions. My understanding (which might be mistaken) is that the driver realised what was happening at the last moment and told the f*cker he wouldn't open the door. The taxi drew up outside very quickly and braked hard. Something was going on INSIDE the car during the final moments.
