My issue is- I have to pay $ .25 more per pound for a USDA inspected processor as opposed to a regular processor who's inspected by the USDA to be able to sell legally. I remember an issue with the # of inspectors causing a stick...but that was during the Obama regime. Happy New Year to you & yours too!
