@ws6002 Each state's legislature has the right to regulate that state's election laws...NO COURT has the right to remove anyone from a ballot!! That happens in communist countries! Maybe you should consider moving to one? This ruling will be overturned as unCunstitutional!

@pamelapeterson2987 It says Congress may act upon a POTUS insurrecting...which the SC of Colorado is not the US Congress...and he was neither charged with or convicted of insurrection! How else is guilt determined? You liberals logic defies physics! I believe I've already been proven correct- so this is all moot, but maybe you'll learn.
