So in essence this man is glorifying going rouge on the chain of command, putting in assets without the proper authorisation to do so, risking these assets in the process and any other calamities that might arise from that unilateral action! Sounds like he needed to be taken out of the field earlier then he was, how did this guy manage to avoid the gaze of high command for that amount of time,...it sounds to me he went more rouge then he's admitting to here in this interview!
