  1. Most will be bought by investors speculating on rise of the profit of a home. These people tend to only live in the home 35% of the time,..to sell it within 4 years at a profit pricing everybody out and leaving the vast majority mostly uninhabited. First airtight laws to keep these people out, than build the homes.

  2. In Amsterdam a neighbour sold his house boat 300m square meter for €1.2 million to a South-American couple that visit Amsterdam twice a year for a long weekend. It's that crazy. He build it in 1975 for the equivalent of €20.000,- today all in and it's been upgraded somewhat at the end of the 90s for the equivalent of around €5000,- ,....it's absolutely bonkers.
