  1. Indonesian and Malaysian rice has high amounts of arsenic and mercury in it, do freak out !!! Cuz it gets in there because clothing producing factories dump their wastewater directly into the rivers there and it gets into the rice paddies, gets harvested and ends up on your plate, even in the USA. Many high street clothing brands like Levi's, Hugo Boss, Gorilla Wear, Lacoste, etc, etc produce their clothing in these factories. Bon appetite.
