  1. Have no experience with being a reservist, went out of the Royal Dutch Army after serving for 6 years including a few foreign deployments in that time. (they count dubble, but i'm not adding that up;) I did a stint as a security adviser for a PMC after that (4 year gap after leaving the Army mind you), so, i did run into having to work with different gear, weapon platforms and a mentality,.....not all good i might add. As long as you've got good colleagues that are competent enough and you'd go to battle with them without having to second guess their talents and commitment,....it's all good m8. They know stuff you don't, it's just a thing to get use too, you've got the experience they lack,....i see opportunities here m8.
