  1. The world needs more car girls. Volvo has its own division of female car designers and innovators for about a few decade's now. Something that needs more attention and more car brands should follow that example.

  3.  @SCREAMILLUSION  Even we progressive Dutch need to be more untop of this. Spyker (Supercars) only has 3 female technicians,...that just won't do. Donkerford (Sportscar) has a bit more, but not nearly enough vs their male workers. DAF (Trucks, including military one's and Armour) luckily is way more inclusive when it comes to female staff. More girls need to be inspired for the industry and more females need to be employed in that industry.
