Her back peddling, her less than transparent stance in her associations with the Corporate Democrats, the Clinton people in her campaign, the habitual favourable coverage by CNN on her, the smoky backroom deal suspicions with the DNC and Warren bringing people back to her betrayal of Bernie Sanders in 2016, her current malicious betrayal of Bernie Sanders, etc, etc. That's what killed her run for the Presidency, not to mention, some of her recent statements of trying to stop Bernie Sanders anyway she could. She's done, her political credit as a "somewhat progressive" is completely debunked, not credible anymore to the point she's constantly described currently by real progressive's as a Manchurian candidate run by the DNC from 2016 up to now to stop the progressive's movement and hijack the revolution away from them. Even if Bernie wanted to forgive her and in some way work with her, it won't fly with most of his supporters. That alone wil kill her career if Biden doesn't manages to steal the nomination somehow.
