We have a few of these little communities in similar old buildings in my city aswell,..and across the whole of the Kingdom of the Netherlands all still in the hands of their original families too all from the early 15 to late 16 century too and for similarly low rent with the same strict conditions,...they are called "Hofjes" ⬅little courts, you'll find plenty of them in the Kingdom of Belgium too from the same century and with the same back story with the same strict conditions. There are a few in France and Switzerland too, nothing special mate.
