  1. Djibouti ?! That's were France and a few other EU nations have military bases focused on combating both Somali pirates and Al-Shabab. China and the USA have a base there too, next door Sudan host a Russian base and soon another Chinese base aswell, but the UAE already has one in Sudan. Weird that he turns up there because, with all those military bases their respective secret services are all over that part of the world like rabbits. What was he up too, and what the hell was he thinking ?
