  1. A €140.000,- won't get you a micro apartment,....more like a room, without a view or sometimes literally a window to look out of in Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Den Haag, Utrecht, Leiden, Groningen, etc but you can buy an entire Alpine village for that amount it seems.
