  1. If this was Assad and the Russian's we'd be talking about severe penalties in the form of sanctions and a war crime investigation was already underway by the ICC in The Hague (Den Haag btw). International politicians especially from the US and EU (and from that small island infront of it) would be falling over one another in a race to "whom could one-up the other on sanctions" even before the evidence was in or the UN called for them. So,....this here is all bollox and not meant to go anywhere fast in reality.
