  1. Mmmh, not in Western Europe. It gets really dark and cold in winter here fast,....i don't see it becoming a thing here in countries like: Sweden. Norway. Denmark. Germany. The Netherlands. Belgium. Luxembourg. Ireland. Maybe in countries like with good summers and mild winters like: France. Spain. Portugal. Italy. Greece. Monaco. But who knows,....it won't be practical in Northern and Western Europe though.
