  1. As long as Kevin Rudd [the former Australian Prime-Minister] isn't part of the process. That's like inviting the Yank's in, because he's their plaything these days, even been made a President of an American "think tank" and currently lives in New York and isn't exactly pro-European either. He thinks in terms of China is great but should be subjugated by the USA, Europe is just Germany and France and "they cheat" and the UK is an old evil overlord not to be trusted. Plenty reasons to keep him and his American "think tank" far away from this procedure in every way.
