@jspprn7767 It's not going off "what he says,...or doesn't" so the rest of your statement makes 0 sence, not to mention the importance of the before mentioned highly skilled and experienced psychiatrist and psychologist involved in his continued assessment throughout his stay in the Danish prison system.

After that term he's assessed and in blocks of 5 year's his sentence or restrictions are prolonged given the perticular circumstances of the assessments done by multiple highly experienced psychiatrist and psychologist in the criminal field with the specialisation in serious crimes and the criminals that commit them. The psychological assessment starts immediately and from the beginning has a determining factor on his prison terms length which can actually stretch to the term of his natural life if the circumstances so dictate. In Europe we go from the standpoint of rehabilitation although we aren't blind to psychological fact's, but it's were our Justice systems start from, hence the sentence.
