  1. I seriously doubt it. It's just the continuation of the corruption from the ANC, they've just managed to buy themselves some time. Soon you'll see some minor changes, most one's will be the very obvious ones but it will stay theoretical and on paper, especially if it's contrary to the ANC's elite hold on power or gets the rest of them closer to being prosecuted for corruption themselves. A few big stages, lots of music with some heads of the party doing a little dans, a few hopeful words will be spoken, more soundbites then anything els, they wait until the dust settles and it's back to business as usual soon after that. They expect the masses that voted for the ANC in the past, masses that are habitually politically ignorant and low schooled/illiterate to buy into it by doing one big project right only for their core base of course, they'll get the camera's in and broadcast it 24/7 for month's so it sticks with these people and voila, another decade slipped by. It's all blatant Cleptocracy and Nepotism at the ANC with a very thin veneer of the legendary Madiba to cover it all.
